Prospective authors are invited to submit unpublished original work of a maximum of four (4) A4 size pages complying with the IEEE layout for the conference papers. Soft copies of the full manuscript in both MS Word and PDF formats should be sent by email to electro2009.ece@itbhu.ac.in & electro2009.ece@gmail.com .

Authors are requested to mention in the subject field of the e-mail about the concerned code of the topic under which the paper will be considered. All papers will undergo review by technical experts of the Review Committee in the respective fields. Authors are advised not to use already published results that may amount to plagiarism. Accepted contributory papers, both for oral and poster presentations, will be published in the conference proceedings provided that at least one author is registered for the conference.
